We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Site, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

Course Descriptions:

Virtual Instructor Lead Training (VILT)

• Delegates attend live virtual instructor-led training online, where an instructor delivers the training.
• Course access and validity last for 120 days from the start of training.
• Upon course completion, students can extend the program for an additional 30, 60, or 90 days by paying an extra fee.
• VILT program contents are retained for up to 1 year from the course start date.
• After 1 year, all VILT course content, including classroom videos and assessments, will be deleted, and students will lose access.
• Access to the course is strictly for the registered student; sharing course contents or login details with others may lead to course termination and legal action by Red Learning.

Self-Paced

• Delegates can purchase training activities online and complete the courses at their own pace.
• Course validity is 90 days from the day of purchase.
• After completing the initial course duration, students can extend it for an additional 30, 60, or 90 days by paying an extra fee.
• Access to the course is restricted to the registered student only, and sharing course contents or login details is prohibited; such actions may result in course termination and legal action by Red Learning.

Course Fee

The purchase of Training Courses and Training Materials is subject to the following:

• Prices are as set out for the relevant product on our website.
• We accept online payments via Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED.
• Payment details submitted during the transaction are securely handled by our payment provider.

Installments

A registration fee guarantees your enrollment and will be adjusted against the remaining payment due.

Tuition balance should be paid in equal bi-weekly installments, with the final payment due two (2) weeks before the course's end.

Refunds or Cancellations

• Once you gain access to our learning management system, the course fee becomes non-refundable.
• All students are required to pay for the registered course.
• Tuition fees are fully refundable if the scheduled course is cancelled by Red Learning.
• If a student decides to drop or discontinue attending the course, the full tuition amount is due and payable.
• Registration fees are non-refundable and cannot be held in reserve for the future.

Exam Fee Claim/Refund Policy

• Payments made for exam fees are non-refundable and can only be claimed for taking exams related to the registered subject.
• Claims must be made within 6 months of the training start date.

Returned Cheque Policy

• All returned cheques will incur an AED 250.00 return cheque fee.
• Red Accounts will contact students if a cheque used for tuition payment is returned.
• The returned cheque amount and fee must be paid in full with cash or a cashier’s check within 48 hours of notification.
• Failure to make payment may result in course withdrawal and referral to a collection agency.

Collection of Due or Unpaid Balances

• If the balance remains unpaid two weeks before the course's end, Red Learning may discontinue the remainder of the course.
• Any due or unpaid tuition, fees, or balances may be forwarded to a collection agency or legal avenues as deemed appropriate by Red Learning.
• Additional charges by the collection agency will be collected from the student.
• Students with unpaid amounts may lose participation privileges, and LMS access may be blocked.
• Course Completion Certificates will be released upon completing the entire course and satisfying all tuition, fees, or balances.

Changes to Terms

Red Learning reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the beginning of these Terms. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
